Egypt, Middle Kingdom, 12th dynasty (Circa 1990-1786 B.C.)
Figure coming from probably a funerary boat. The statuette represents a standing in a moving man, with a short loincloth. He wears a short wig. The separate arms are fixed to the body. Some of the right arm is missing.
Hard wood having lost a large part of its patina. Pigments. The pigments of the wig aren't original.
