Late Dynastic Period, from the 27thto the 31st Dynasty, C. 525-332 B.C.
T written funerary statuette with filiation link. It wears the tripartite headdress and is backed to a pillar. Clear ears and false beard. Clasped hands wear relief implements (pick in the left hand ; hoe in the right one). Engraved bag of grain coming from the left shoulder.
Inscription beginning horizontally, from the right to the left, then going down one one column :
" The sehedj*, the Osiris..., son of... right of voice."
* The Enlightened.
Green glazed-composition ; cracks and baked.
Height : 11 cm ;width : 3 cm.
Provenance : previou French collection from the area of Lyon.
