All the artefacts which are sold, have a legal provenance. These artefacts have been declared authentic and are certified. Some of them may have supported small restorations as protective measures ; they do not constitute defects. When they are known, they will be reported.

1. Provenance of the artefacts
2. Price and invoicing
The currency is the Euro. Any information about the V.A.T. will be indicated, because of the special scheme of activity. For European countries, orders are benefit from free shipping. For other countries, an extra charge may be asked ; it would be indicated to the purchaser before the order.
3. Ordering
The purchaser may take an option on an artefact and so have a period of two working days in which to reflect on his position. If the purchaser wants to buy it, he needs to settle the hole transaction within the next 24 hours after confirmation. If the purchaser asks for an additional period, the artefact can be ordered up to three calendar weeks in return for providing a down payment of 15% of the total price. This deposit will not be refund in case of order cancellation. The only accepted method of payment is from account to account.
4. Delivery and delay
Excepted special mention, the delivery takes place within two working days from the payment of the invoice. For some artefacts, an export license can be required. The purchaser will be informed of the new time delivery to get this export license. This time delivery must be just considered as indicative ; it can’t give rise to any claim for compensation. If the export license was refused, the order would be cancelled and the full amount would be refund to the purchaser up to the amount paid.
5. Insurance
The delivered artefacts are insured. If any damage found depending on the terms of the contract with the carrier, the purchaser will receive a refund corresponding to the purchase price. Upon receiving the parcel, the purchaser needs to take useful precautions to ensure that the artefact has not suffered any damage.
6. Order cancellation
Upon receiving the order, purchasers resident in the European Economic Area may exercise a right of withdrawal of 14 days without having to give a reason. For other purchasers, this withdrawal period lasts within one week, with a processing charge withholding of 15%. In any case, the refund will be made after the artefact will be returned in the same condition and at the expense of consumers. So, it’s strongly recommended to subscribe an insurance that covers the price of the artefact during shipment.
7. Claims
If damage has occurred on the artefact during the shipment, duly recorded and accepted by the carrier, the purchaser has to send the seller an email to explain exactly what did happen with evidence, in the four working days following the receipt. The purchaser may claim the order cancellation, but the total refund won’t exceed the selling price. The refund will be made by the seller, after checking information.
8. Warranty
An invoice is delivered by the seller for each order and a warranty certificate for each artefact. The warranty certificate carries the seller’s sole responsibility : it’s accompanied by one or more pictures of the artefact and describes it more precisely : culture of origin, reference period, size, material and restoration work, when it’s known.
9. Title retention clause
Until full payment has been received, the artefact remains the seller’s property. The purchaser is not allowed to sell, transfer or pledge, as collateral, the artefact of which he isn’t yet the owner and he should have only paid a part of the price.
10. Dispute
      Legal juridiction
Excepted derogations which have been agreed with the seller, an order involves the complete acceptance of these general conditions and, if need be, the specific conditions of sale. Any stipulation by the purchaser that is contrary to the Terms and Conditions of Sale is found to be void or invalid. Any dispute concerning construction or performance of the present conditions shall be subjected to the juridiction of the Commercial Court of Lyon, France, exclusively.
